Client Collaboration
Kireev Studio’s schedule is contingent on the client’s timely cooperation. The client must promptly review documents, respond to inquiries, and engage in meetings, training, and testing. If the client fail to provide feedback, Kireev Studio reserves the right to discontinue the project with notice.
Website Completion
The website’s completion is marked by its launch and global accessibility online. Final payment must be settled prior to this milestone.
Scope of Work Adjustments
Quoted fees are preliminary estimates. The client is liable for costs incurred from additional work stemming from their revisions post-approval, billed at $100/hour.
Cancellation and Delays
If the client cancels or delays response for over a month, Kireev Studio may end the agreement and bill for the greater of completed work at $100/hour or any initial deposit.
Termination Rights
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other fails to rectify a breach within 30 days of notice. Kireev Studio may also terminate immediately for non-payment or lack of client cooperation.
Intellectual Property
The client retains rights to their provided materials. However, Kireev Studio holds copyright to the created web content until full payment.
Client Approval
The client must confirm the website’s production and testing within 30 business days of completion notification.
Stock Photography
Upon request, Kireev Studio will assist in sourcing stock photography, starting at $30 per image. Additional images will incur extra charges.
Project Timeline
The timeline hinges on the client’s immediate feedback. Delays in feedback can lead to project delays.
Search Engine Placement
Kireev Studio offers an initial SEO review for $500, ensuring that website data is accurately filled and optimized. While specific search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed, clients who opt into our monthly SEO campaign, starting at $1000 per month, and remain current with payments can anticipate improved visibility efforts.
Content Provision
The client is responsible for providing all content following homepage approval. Until the actual content is received, Kireev Studio will utilize placeholder text, such as “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit,” to demonstrate the layout.
Copywriting Services
If the client is unable to provide accurate and complete content, Kireev Studio offers professional copywriting services to craft compelling and relevant text for your website. Kireev Studio’s copywriting team is available to create engaging and accurate website copy at $45 per page. Our experienced copywriters will ensure that the content not only resonates with your audience but also embodies your brand’s voice and message.
Blog Post Services
For clients with a CMS seeking regular blog content, Kireev Studio provides a dedicated copywriting service. Our copywriters can produce consistent, quality blog posts to keep your site dynamic and engaging. Clients may also request posts on specific topics. This service is available for a monthly fee of $200+, reflecting the specialized nature and limited availability of our copywriters’ services.
Website Account Management
Kireev Studio maintains an administrator role to deliver all necessary web design services efficiently. Clients are typically granted an editor role, enabling them to perform minor updates such as text modifications and image replacements. If clients require additional roles, such as an author for blog posts or other specific functions, they must communicate these needs prior to the contract’s conclusion. Once the project is completed, Kireev Studio generally does not alter these roles unless a significant need arises.
Launch Policy
Kireev Studio does not launch websites on Fridays or preceding holidays.
Web Design Contract Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit is required at contract signing. If either party cancels the web design project, the client will receive a refund of all fees paid beyond the deposit, minus costs already incurred in the project development as of the cancellation date. Refunds will be processed within 15-30 business days of cancellation.
Website Maintenance
To ensure the ongoing performance and security of your website, Kireev Studio offers comprehensive maintenance plans starting at $25 a month. Regular maintenance is essential due to hosting and security updates, which protect against vulnerabilities. Our monthly maintenance packages are designed to meet various needs, encompassing hosting updates, security patches, and performance optimizations. Clients can select a plan that best suits their requirements, ensuring their website remains robust and secure.
Domain & Hosting Services
At Kireev Studio, we believe that domain ownership is akin to owning your business’s digital identity. Therefore, we recommend that clients retain all rights to their domain names. While we do not provide domain registration services, we are happy to suggest reputable domain registrars. For hosting, we offer reliable services at a monthly rate of $35, ensuring your website remains accessible and secure. Additionally, we can recommend excellent hosting providers if you’re looking for alternative options.
